That's correct. There are a couple of options they own but they don't hold the underlying, these leverage spread strategies. However they are not "naked" because you should see the quantity of contracts summing to zero (negatives and positives). For example with AMD, they currently hold 2,550 contracts long (one call) and then three different options short that total -2550 contracts. The long ITM call options gains upside exposure if the stock move up, then the short OTM calls basically fund the position with the premium. But if AMD rises too quickly, then the trade becomes less profitable.
