ULTY Achieves $2 Billion in AUM in Just Two Weeks
Investor interest continues to skyrocket as the ETF achieves a second AUM milestone within July
It’s time to break out the champagne… again! ULTY 0.00%↑ has continued to go parabolic in the last two weeks and has now surpassed $2 billion AUM. This comes quickly on the heels of the ultra-income ETF achieving one billion in assets under management back on July 9th. 🎉

ULTY is now the second YieldMax ETF to cross the two billion AUM milestone and is aggressively chasing MSTY 0.00%↑. Here’s the current ranking of top YieldMax ETFs:
MSTY 0.00%↑ : $5.5 billion
ULTY 0.00%↑ : $2.1 billion
NVDY 0.00%↑ : $1.8 billion
CONY 0.00%↑ : $1.4 billion
TSLY 0.00%↑ : $1.1 billion
YMAX 0.00%↑ : $991 million
The charts and data speak for themselves in more ways than one — it’s clear YieldMax continues to pioneer and capture lightning in a bottle as investors pile in.
MSTY is the longstanding YieldMax queen — scaling alongside the popularity of Strategy and Bitcoin. Even Michael Saylor has given the ETF a shoutout.
ULTY was a slow burn at launch, but has now kicked it into overdrive. AUM has grown by 850% since the start of Q2. And to put it another way: it took MSTY 4 months to grow from $1B to $2B AUM — it took ULTY only two weeks.
If you’re on Reddit, X (Twitter), or Discord you can see the investor hype and FOMO on a daily basis. People are loving the high yield, 10 cent weekly distributions, and the stable NAV. And by all means, if the juice is there to squeeze, take advantage for as long as possible.
I’m long term bullish, but I’m also not blind that the markets have ripped since April. It would be healthy if they cooled off before the next leg up. And when the going is good, it can be smart to look in the opposite direction and have a plan.
How long it will take ULTY to hit $3B AUM… any guesses?

Daily Chart: ULTY 0.00%↑

Is a big market cap a good thing for this type of covered calls product? What would they usually do here? play more or play bigger? My understanding of how to hedge ULTY is weak compared to MSTY.
